What it works

Hip flexors, Adductors, T-spine

How to do it

  1. 1Step into a deep lunge, place both hands inside the front foot, drop the same-side elbow toward your instep, then rotate and reach that arm to the sky, following the hand with your eyes.
  2. 2Step through and repeat on the other side.
  3. 3It hits hip flexors, adductors and thoracic rotation in one sequence — the single best use of two minutes in a warm-up.
