Clean High Pull
Bridges a pull and a full clean, so you train the second pull without having to receive the bar.
What it works
Whole Body
How to do it
- 1As a clean pull, but continue pulling with the arms so the bar reaches upper-chest height, elbows high and outside.
- 2It bridges the gap between a pull and a full clean.
Cues that matter
- ›Pull the bar to upper-chest height
- ›Elbows high and outside
- ›Finish tall before the arms bend
