What it works

Calves, Hip flexors

How to do it

  1. 1Set an agility ladder flat on the ground and work through patterns (one foot in each, two in each, lateral in-in-out) as fast as you can stay clean.
  2. 2Keep your weight on the balls of the feet, arms pumping in rhythm, and eyes up.
  3. 3It's a coordination and foot-speed drill, not a conditioning grind — quality of contact beats raw speed.
