Meadows Row
Builds the back.
What it works
Back
How to do it
- 1Stand side-on to a landmine bar, hinge at the hips and take the bar end with the outside hand, other hand braced on your knee.
- 2Row up and back, letting the shoulder stretch forward at the bottom.
- 3The angle gives an unusually long range through the lat.
