Barbell Front Raise
Builds the shoulders.
What it works
Shoulders
How to do it
- 1Hold a barbell at your thighs with an overhand grip.
- 2Raise it straight out to shoulder height with soft elbows, then lower slowly.
- 3Leaning back to swing it up is the fault; keep the ribs down and the core braced.
