What it works

Calves, Quads, Glutes

How to do it

  1. 1Set a line of low hurdles — height is not the point and a hurdle you have to tuck for ruins the rhythm.
  2. 2Hop over them continuously, landing on the balls of the feet with soft knees and leaving the floor again as quickly as you land.
  3. 3Listen: loud landings mean force you are not absorbing.
  4. 4Stop the set when the contacts get slow, because after that you are training endurance rather than power.
