Single Leg Deadlift
Builds the whole body.
What it works
Whole Body
How to do it
- 1Stand on one leg.
- 2Hinge forward at the hip, letting the free leg extend straight behind you as a counterbalance, until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor.
- 3Return by driving the hip forward.
- 4Keep the hips level — letting the free hip open toward the ceiling is the standard fault.
