What you need

Method

  1. 1Mash half the banana into the coconut yoghurt — it sweetens it without any sugar going in.
  2. 2Pea protein beaten in next with a splash of water, before the oats. Coconut yoghurt is barely a protein source on its own — this is what makes it a breakfast.
  3. 3Oats stirred through with a splash more water until it looks slightly too loose.
  4. 4Peanut butter ribboned in, the rest of the banana sliced on top, seeds over.
  5. 5Overnight in the fridge, or eat it straight away.

No soya, no dairy, no wheat if your oats are the gluten-free kind.
