What you need
- ·80g porridge oats
- ·300g oat milk
- ·25g pea protein powder
- ·100g frozen mango chunks
- ·80g coconut yoghurt
- ·12g mixed seeds
Method
- 1Pea protein whisked into the soy milk first — into the oats it clumps and stays clumped.
- 2Oats and coconut yoghurt stirred in, jar in the fridge overnight.
- 3Mango in from frozen in the morning; two minutes and it softens enough to mash into the top.
- 4Seeds over.
