  1. 1Oats and almond milk into the pan, dates chopped small straight in with them.
  2. 2Medium heat, stirring, 5 minutes. The dates melt into it and sweeten the whole thing — no sugar, no syrup.
  3. 3Off the heat before the protein goes in. Powder in a boiling pan goes grainy and there is no fixing it.
