How to do it
- 1Anchor the band on the other side so it pulls the foot outward, and turn the sole inward against it.
- 2Same rules: shin still, movement only at the ankle, slow on the way back.
- 3Fifteen reps, three sets.
- 4Done alongside the eversion work so the ankle ends up strong in both directions rather than only the one that got injured.
