Cone weave dribble
Sharpens close control at speed under light fatigue.
What it works
Calves, Core
How to do it
- 1Weave a ball through a line of cones using small, frequent touches with both feet and the inside/outside of each foot.
- 2Keep the ball close and your head up to scan between cones.
- 3Build speed only as far as your control allows — the moment touches get loose, slow down.
Cues that matter
- ›Small touches, close control
- ›Eyes up between cones
- ›Use both feet
