What it works

Quads, Glutes, Core

How to do it

  1. 1As the attacker breaks through, close the distance fast while they're still taking a touch, then set and stay tall as long as possible to keep the goal covered.
  2. 2When they commit, spread big and low with your hands leading, making yourself as wide a barrier as possible.
  3. 3One-v-ones are the highest-value situation a keeper faces — going to ground early is the most common and most punished mistake.
