What you need
- ·220g frozen cod loins
- ·220g white potatoes
- ·150g broccoli
- ·10g garlic
- ·0.5 lemonss
- ·10g olive oil
- ·4g red chillies
Method
- 1Potatoes halved and boiled 15 minutes; broccoli in for the last 4.
- 2Cod patted properly dry — wet fish steams and falls apart — then into a hot pan with half the oil, 3-4 minutes without touching it, then 2 on the other side.
- 3Fish out. Garlic and chilli into the same pan off the heat with the rest of the oil and the lemon, swirled into a rough dressing.
- 4Poured over the fish and the drained veg while everything is hot.
