What you need
- ·110g wholewheat pasta
- ·120g sardines in olive oil
- ·200g chopped tomatoes
- ·60g onions
- ·10g garlic
- ·8g olive oil
- ·0.5 lemonss
Method
- 1Pasta on. Onion and garlic soft in the oil.
- 2Tomatoes in and simmer hard while the pasta cooks.
- 3Sardines in at the end, broken up with the spoon — they melt into the sauce and stop tasting of tinned fish.
- 4Pasta through with a splash of the water, lemon over the top.
