What you need
- ·100g wholewheat pasta
- ·145g tuna chunks in spring water
- ·120g butter beans
- ·200g chopped tomatoes
- ·60g onions
- ·8g garlic
- ·10g olive oil
- ·0.5 lemonss
Method
- 1Pasta on. Onion and garlic softening in the oil while it cooks.
- 2Tomatoes in, simmer hard for 8 minutes so it thickens rather than sits watery.
- 3Beans and tuna in at the end, warmed through only — boil tuna and it turns to sawdust.
- 4Drained pasta through it with a splash of the water, lemon over.
