  1. 1Pasta on. Save a mug of the water.
  2. 2Garlic and chilli gently in the oil in the empty pan while the pasta drains — thirty seconds, no more.
  3. 3Beans in and crushed lightly, then the tuna, then the spinach on top to wilt.
  4. 4Pasta back in with splashes of the water until it turns glossy rather than dry. Lemon over.
