  1. 1Stir the oats, milk and protein together in a jar until there are no dry pockets.
  2. 2Swirl the peanut butter through in ribbons rather than mixing it in — you want to hit pockets of it.
  3. 3Frozen berries straight on top. They defrost overnight and bleed into the oats.
  4. 4Fridge overnight. Eat cold, straight from the jar.
