What you need
- ·90g porridge oats
- ·300g semi-skimmed milk
- ·30g whey protein powder
- ·30g peanut butter
- ·100g frozen mixed berries
Method
- 1Stir the oats, milk and protein together in a jar until there are no dry pockets.
- 2Swirl the peanut butter through in ribbons rather than mixing it in — you want to hit pockets of it.
- 3Frozen berries straight on top. They defrost overnight and bleed into the oats.
- 4Fridge overnight. Eat cold, straight from the jar.
