What you need
- ·200g chickpeas
- ·130g frozen edamame
- ·100g wholemeal pittas
- ·60g hummus
- ·100g cucumber
- ·100g cherry tomatoes
- ·8g ground spices (cumin, paprika, turmeric)
- ·7g olive oil
- ·1 lemons
Method
- 1Drain and dry the chickpeas, then crush about half of them with a fork — the crushed ones crisp, the whole ones stay soft, and you want both.
- 2Fry in the oil with the edamame and spices for 8 minutes until parts of them go crunchy.
- 3Chop the cucumber and tomato with lemon and salt.
- 4Warm the pittas, hummus inside, chickpeas in, salad on top.
