What you need

Method

  1. 1Oven to 210C with the tray already in it — vegetables hitting a hot tray sear, a cold one steams them.
  2. 2Sweet potato in wedges with most of the oil, 20 minutes on their own.
  3. 3Broccoli and the salmon added, skin side down, 12 minutes more. Salmon needs a quarter of the time the potatoes do, which is why it goes in last.
  4. 4Garlic and lemon over as it comes out, while everything is hot enough to take it in.

One tray. The salmon is done when it flakes at a fork but still looks slightly translucent in the middle.
