What you need
- ·120g sardines in olive oil
- ·110g wholemeal bread
- ·1 lemons
- ·100g cherry tomatoes
- ·5g red chillies
- ·50g baby spinach
Method
- 1Toast two thick slices and rub a cut tomato over them while they are hot, pressing until the bread goes pink.
- 2Sardines on whole, not mashed. Break them with the fork as you eat instead.
- 3All the oil from the tin over the top — it is olive oil the fish has been sitting in and it is the best part.
- 4Lemon, chilli, spinach on the side.
