What it works

Grip, Rotator cuff, Shoulders

How to do it

  1. 1Clean a bell to the rack, turn it upside-down so the bell sits above the handle, and walk with it balanced there.
  2. 2Crush the handle, keep the elbow tucked in, and walk slowly — every step tries to tip it over.
  3. 3Swap sides and match the distance.
  4. 4It trains the hand and the shoulder in one go, and the bell tells you the instant either of them stops doing its job.
