What you need
- ·200g firm tofu
- ·100g rice noodles
- ·20g gochujang paste
- ·12g soy sauce
- ·15g peanut butter
- ·8g garlic
- ·8g root ginger
- ·120g broccoli
- ·10g olive oil
Method
- 1Rice noodles in a bowl of just-boiled water while you cook — they need no pan.
- 2Tofu patted dry, cubed, and fried hard in the oil without moving it until each face is gold.
- 3Broccoli in with a splash of water and a lid for two minutes.
- 4Gochujang, soy and peanut butter loosened with a couple of spoons of the noodle water, poured in and tossed with the drained noodles.
