What you need
- ·240g salmon fillets
- ·100g egg noodles
- ·180g broccoli
- ·30g soy sauce
- ·20g honey
- ·8g root ginger
- ·8g garlic
- ·10g mixed seeds
Method
- 1Mix the soy, honey, grated ginger and garlic. That is the teriyaki — nothing else needed.
- 2Salmon skin-side down in a hot dry pan, 4 minutes without touching it, then flip for 2.
- 3Pour the sauce in and let it reduce around the fish for 90 seconds until it turns glossy and clings.
- 4Noodles and broccoli in one pan of boiling water, drained.
- 5Toss the noodles through whatever sauce is left in the pan, salmon on top, seeds over.
